Obtain your QUT-Access username and password
The QUT-Access username and password is your master key allowing you to access all the online information services at QUT.
Your QUT-Access username and password is provided in your Letter of Offer, or via the QTAC website. If you are a continuing student offered a place in a new course, you should use your old QUT-Access username and password.
Please contact the IT Helpdesk  (3138 4000 or ithelpdesk@qut.edu.au) if you require assistance with your QUT-Access username and password.
Now that you have obtained your QUT-Access username and password you are ready to start using QUT's IT services.
